Supervised Visitation
Divine Legacy work with families to maintain and develop appropriate relationships in a safe, nonjudgmental, and healthy environment. We provide trained staff to individually monitor and report on family visits. We conduct supervise visits for families referred by Child Protective Services, Courts, and fee based supervised visitation for families who independently seek our services.
Referrals may be made directly to Divine Legacy and agency staff will coordinate directly with the family. Referrals can be made by calling 763-439-2583 and by emailing info@divinelegacy.org. Once a referral is received, we will begin the intake and scheduling process. We require a copy of any court order, or relevant documentation from a Child Protection Worker, Social Worker, Case Manager, etc. We will follow the directions of all court orders and/or related documentation regarding visitation.
As an agency, Divine Legacy provide culturally specific services to address individual needs of families from diverse backgrounds, race, socioeconomic status, and ethnicity.
